Travel Policy for Events Over 40 Miles

Yellow Rose Paint Party LLC proudly serves Denton, Texas, and surrounding areas. For events located more than 40 miles outside of Denton, the following travel policy applies:

Minimum Painter Requirement:

To ensure we can bring the full Yellow Rose experience to your location, a minimum of 20 paid painters is required for any event that exceeds 40 miles in travel distance.

Travel Fee:

Events beyond 40 miles may incur an additional travel fee, which will be calculated based on distance, time, and any required accommodations (if applicable). The fee will be communicated clearly during the booking process.

Service Area Exceptions:

If your event is part of a larger corporate retreat, community event, or weekend workshop, we are happy to discuss customized options and accommodations.
