Travel Policy for Events Over 40 Miles

Yellow Rose Paint Party LLC proudly serves Denton, Texas, and surrounding areas. For events located more than 40 miles outside of Denton, the following travel policy applies:

Minimum Painter Requirement:

To ensure we can bring the full Yellow Rose experience to your location, a minimum of 20 paid painters is required for any event that exceeds 40 miles in travel distance.

Travel Fee:

Events beyond 40 miles may incur an additional travel fee, which will be calculated based on distance, time, and any required accommodations (if applicable). The fee will be communicated clearly during the booking process.

Service Area Exceptions:

If your event is part of a larger corporate retreat, community event, or weekend workshop, we are happy to discuss customized options and accommodations.

Licensing & Copyright Policy

Yellow Rose Paint Party LLC is committed to protecting intellectual property and fostering creativity for personal enjoyment, not commercial resale.

No Licensed or Copyrighted Images

We do not recreate or provide any copyrighted or trademarked designs (including but not limited to characters, logos, movie imagery, and brand names). This ensures compliance with U.S. copyright laws and respect for original creators.

Original Artwork Only

All designs provided at our events or within our Paint Party in a Bag kits are original works or appropriately licensed for use. These designs are provided exclusively for your personal use.

No Reproduction or Resale

Copying, reproducing, or reselling any Yellow Rose Paint Party LLC artwork, templates, or instructional content without prior written consent is considered copyright infringement and theft. Violations may result in legal action.

Custom Artwork Requests

Custom designs are welcome if they do not infringe on any existing intellectual property rights. We work closely with our clients to create beautiful, unique concepts that respect both creativity and the law.
