Mrs. Connie was seriously the best! She went above and beyond and thought about every little detail, I didn’t even think of. This was so, so much fun. To be perfectly transparent, I was NOT in the mood for this. I was in a terrible mood when I walked through the door after a intensely frustrating day. But Connie was so great! Once we all settled in, she walked us through the entire process of painting a scene. She emphasized that this is "fun art, not fine art!" and I embraced that sentiment entirely. Spending a couple of hours focusing on painting (I am not a painter) was such a great antidote to my perfectly awful day. I was finally able to let go of the day and just enjoy the process. And my painting isn't perfect, but I kind of love it!
I can't believe how much this experience relaxed me and help me decompress. Connie is a master at managing a group of non-artists so that it's fun and accessible to everyone.

Did a paint party at Stoke Denton Coworking, painting wooden ornaments, and had a lot of fun! I love that Connie hand sketches the canvas/wooden items you’ll be painting,g as that takes a lot of stress out of painting when painting and chatting with friends.

"Connie's paint parties are so much fun! We‘ve attended several now. Most recently, we did a watercolor paint party where she guided us step-by-step to learn a new technique and create uniquely beautiful and useful greeting cards. I made one for an elderly relative’s birthday, and she was thrilled to receive a card hand-painted with love.
